We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. A flat 30 EGP COD fee applies to all orders. Online card payments are coming soon.

Yes. Visit the Track Order page, enter your order number and the phone number you used at checkout, and you'll see your order status in real time.
You can cancel an order while it is still in "Pending" status (before we start preparing it). Go to the Track Order page, look up your order, and use the Cancel button. Once an order is being processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. To start a return, look up your order on the Track Order page and use the Request Return option, or contact us on WhatsApp.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Yes. All products on AsWeShop are sourced from authorised retailers and are 100% authentic.
