Delivery & Returns

A flat 30 EGP Cash on Delivery fee applies to all COD orders. This fee is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

After placing your order, you can track its status at any time on the Track Order page. You'll only need your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Non-returnable items include: opened beauty products, underwear, and personalised items.

1. Go to the Track Order page and look up your order.
2. Click "Request Return" and follow the steps.
3. Our team will contact you to arrange a pickup.
4. The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo of the product. We will treat this as a top priority.
